We undertook the complete renovation of this derelict 1 Bedroom Victorian terraced ground floor garden flat in the heart of East Dulwich. This involved the full refurbishment of the entire flat including the addition of side and rear extensions and complete rearrangement of the layout, transforming this 1 bedroom flat into a spacious and modern 2 Bedroom garden flat. There are some noticeable features to this property including, the landscaped garden with a lighting design implemented; the herringbone floor laid throughout with wet underfloor heating; and finally, the built-in joinery work for the dressing table and TV unit. Our services for this project included developing plans and submissions, build, interior design, landscaping and total project management from beginning to completion.

A Short Summary of work includes Structural Adjustments with kitchen extension and removal of 3 chimney breasts. Internal redesign throughout with interior design service used, full rewire & lighting design scheme created, full re-plumb, wet underfloor heating fitted throughout, bespoke joinery, herringbone flooring, custom doors, landscaped garden.
